Rule 41
Bid language
(1) Except as otherwise provided in the Act and these regulations, documents related to pre-qualification, documents related to bids, documents related to acceptance of proposals, notices of pre-qualification, bids or acceptance of proposals and purchase agreements should be prepared in Nepali language as far as possible and in English language if possible.< br> (2) Bidders can submit procurement documents or printed materials written in both Nepali and English languages to public bodies. However, the relevant part of such document or printed material must be translated into English by the official organization of the respective country, and if there is any doubt about what is written in such document or printed material and the translated part, the translated part will be valid.
